Palm Sunday tells the story of Jesus triumphant entry into Jerusalem and the wonderful things that happened and then the terrible things that happened.
I selected this somber tree because it seems to suggest the loneliness that Jesus experienced in the garden. He had asked his disciples to be with him but they fell asleep. It reminds me that it is so important to be with people when they are undergoing trauma.
